1. Voucher Validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Sessions must be booked and completed within this period.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions are not booked at the time of purchase.
All bookings are arranged directly after purchase and are scheduled based on water conditions, weather, and availability.  

3. Location

Sessions take place in Sydney, primarily at Manly/Shelly Beach. Other location are Bondi Beach, or an ocean pool or private/heated pool depending on conditions and season.
Final location is confirmed prior to the session.

4. Ocean Conditions & Rescheduling

Ocean conditions can change and may impact safety or image quality.
If conditions are unsuitable, the session will be rescheduled or moved to a pool location.

If conditions change unexpectedly during or immediately prior to the session, a reshoot or reschedule may be offered at the photographer’s discretion to ensure a high-quality result.

5. Participant Requirements

Participants must be comfortable in the water and able to swim and hold their breath briefly.
No prior modelling or underwater experience is required.

6. Health & Safety

All sessions are conducted with safety as a priority.
By participating, clients acknowledge the natural risks associated with ocean and water-based activities.

7. Image Delivery

Clients will receive 5–10 professionally edited digital images.
Images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion to ensure quality and consistency.

8. Editing Style

Images are edited in a natural, true-to-environment style.
Extensive retouching (e.g. body modification) is not included unless agreed separately.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session at the photographer’s discretion.

10. Refund Policy

Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
They may be gifted and transferred to another person 

11. Usage Rights

The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the photographer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session.
