Underwater photography requires patience, trust, and the right conditions. Instead of locking you into a date, this experience is structured to prioritise water clarity, light, and safety. You purchase a voucher first, then we plan the session together.

This approach keeps the shoot fun and focused, while ensuring we consistently deliver strong results.

How It Works

  • Purchase your underwater portrait voucher securely online.

    Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used for ocean or private pool sessions within Sydney. Once purchased, you’ll coordinate directly with Leo to plan your shoot.

  • We’ll lock in a location based on conditions and your preference.

    Most ocean sessions take place at Manly Beach or Bondi Beach, depending on water clarity, swell, and light.

    Pool sessions are held in ocean or private pools around Manly, the Northern Beaches, and the Eastern Suburbs. Heated pools are used in winter.

    Each location is chosen to ensure the best possible water conditions, safety, and overall result.

  • We monitor ocean and weather conditions closely and coordinate a time that works for your schedule and delivers the best possible water clarity and light.

    Conditions can change quickly. If they significantly impact image quality, we reshoot another day.

    Alternatively, sessions can be moved to a pool. During winter months, heated pools are used to ensure comfort and consistent results.

About Leo

I’m Leo — an underwater photographer with 15 years of experience working in ocean and pool environments.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me surfing, playing guitar, travelling to explore different cultures, or spending time with my son. The ocean, nature, and adventure have always been central to my story.

From diving in the Persian Gulf and road-tripping from Shiraz to Tehran, to exploring the Galápagos Islands and summiting Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador, these experiences continue to influence how I work and what I create.

I work with people of all comfort levels in the water, creating a relaxed, guided experience that delivers natural, striking results and lasting memories.
